★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of this clinic. Simply because I am not a registered patient I can't have my Covid vaccine at their clinic. Despite of the fact that they have been instructed by the Ministry of Health and book my vaccine site! On the book my vaccine site their clinic is the only clinic that shows up as the preferred clinic for me as I am close to them but I was turned down by the receptionist when I called their clinic to confirm my appointment.
Patients who are local but not registered with them are not welcome in their clinic apparently. I am extremely disappointed especially during times like this when the entire nation is encouraged to vaccinate. When we have cases rising every day. I am pretty sure that's illegal and unethical. Please treat people with respect and care, as it takes that one person to put a stop to your disgusting behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering that I am not a registered patient with this medical centre, I was treated extremely well by the administration/reception staff, and by Dr. Rory. My immigration documentation was handled with utmost care and speed, which is beyond a miracle in these current times. I highly recommend this medical centre and only wish that I lived closer to utilise their services as a registered patient.

Doctors are highly regarded and at the forefront of current medical knowledge, with practice nurses always well informed and helpful. It’s nice to walk in and see a familiar face behind the front desk - Claire has been the receptionist for years, which is a testament to the welcoming culture of the practice, and it’s nice to be greeted so warmly and remembered in person on arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I would like to thank the receptionists for being so gracious and kind and still attending to me even though I was late for my appointment. Thank you for being so understanding and granting me a chance.
Also, Dr Rory is a gem. I was shaken because I was already running late but he has such a warm presence and I felt at ease throughout my consultation.
