★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Azra Kreho-staka, well where can I begin. Thoroughly unprofessional and particularly xenophobic vibes. With a name as kiwi as hers I was extremely surprised by this. I would not recommend this doctors to anyone. It was disgusting service all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Waterfall and his team are a great practice. I am surprised at those who are taking shots at the receptionist. I suggest all those disparaging the front staff must Get a Life. We all fight our battles and it is shameful to post google reviews like this. Not a kiwi approach..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, rude doctor I had to deal with. I was told that my follow up appointment would be free of charge. During my appointment with Dr Azra Kreho-Staka she said she was charging me full for about a 12 second chat. I questioned this as I was told otherwise and she said 'I don't work for free, this isn't England. You can leave now and not come back to see me. If you get more sick you can find another doctor.' this goes on a bit to the point she went out to reception and questioned them also making a bit of a scene. Made me feel uncomfortable.
Wouldn't trust this doctor, she seems to be all about the money and very rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Yong is very nice and great as a chinese speaking doctor for my non English speaking family member. But the receptionist Annie is unbelievable rude. Angry kiwi lady who kept giving people dirty looks while they are paying and booking their next appt. Don’t work in reception if you hate ppl of certain race/gender/creed or whatever her problem is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using RMVC for about 3 years, Dr Azra Starka-Kreho is exceptional , i never feel rushed, she is very thorough & always answers my many questions!!
I have also seen Dr Andrew Young who is also extremely thorough & great to deal with.
Absolutely have no hesitation in recommending using this medical practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First practice we registered my son for, when we moved to NZ, 8 years ago. When he got sick and was getting worse, Dr Kreho-Staka downplayed the severity of the condition and suggested we give it time to come right, saying the problem is common amongst kids, and nothing to worry about.
I kept asking to be sent to a 'specialist' but she kept saying there's no need, and finally, after half a year or so, I got a call to see a private specialist (paediatrician?). I was surprised, because we had already discussed that we did not have private insurance. So I changed the family doctor and then found my way slowly through the public health system.
Fast forward 5 years, my child and our family have suffered terribly, and we are still dealing with the same condition, chronic, under the care of a general paediatric and a paediatric surgeon.
No, I do not recommend this place.
