★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In need of a new hairdresser, I recently walked into Renaissance to make an appointment for a trim and highlights. Hitomi met me and booked me in followed by a haircut with her the next week. This was, by far, the best salon experience I have ever had. The ambience of the salon, the special tea service with yummy chocolates and of course, an excellent haircut and colour. Really happy to have found them. Doumo Arigatou Gozaimasu, Hitomi san!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonja and her team run a fantastic salon, normally I used to just go anywhere to get my hair done, but once I'd been there I was keen to keep them as a regular. I was pretty impressed with the difference their organic products and their knowledge of hair actually makes to how my hair feels afterwards. Even just going in for a hair treatment makes a huge difference, I can't recommend this salon enough. Just awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic little hairdressers. I had Sophie booked for a cut and colour but halfway through my babysitter messaged to say my little one was not settling. As a first time mum i was anxious to get home. Sophie was amazing, she finished the cut and i booked in for the colour a few weeks later.
When i went back, Sophie was lovely and my colour is gorgeous. She listened to what i wanted and did a fantastic job of lifting my very dark brown hair to a beautiful warm honey blonde.

Just as I'd wished, great consultation and skill. Already looking forward to my next visit. The little touches, the tea selection, the uplifting conversation, the aromas and gorgeous decor ... Incredibly accommodating - really went the extra mile when I visited with my little boy in tow! And especially enjoy every indulgent moment when I visit on my own.

My wants and concerns were well understood during the consultation, and Sophie's input on how she'd go about cutting/styling my hair showed how genuinely interested/knowledgeable she was in giving me a haircut that suited me best. My hair has never looked more healthy with the chosen hair care pack and I've finally found a hairstyle that suits me well ☺
