★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good evening here. Vege spring rolls and pot stickers for entree. Pot stickers were the favorite. Had the duck for a main. Little bit chewy but quite nice. One person in the party had sweet and sour pork. Batter was quite thick and gluggy but edible. Every other meal was good.

Food was luke warm apart from sauce, expressed my displeasure, thought it was very rude of Ravinder, Manager to feel the need to check how much food was left on the plate before he'd even consider giving us a discount, we thought this was an insult to our integrity.

-The deep fried pork dumplings came with mayonnaise and sweet and sour sauce, which I have no idea why ❓
-Steamed pork dumplings did not taste fresh and wasn't cooked on the spot, tasted like it had been sitting there for a while and there was no juiciness to it ?
-Steamed rice in lotus leaf was not fresh as the top was hardened ?
-Prawn dumplings tasted frozen!! ?
I cannot say I loved any of the dishes, they were average at best.
The only Miracle of this restaurant is that it somehow still has a high rating on Google reviews. It tastes very unauthentic and not fresh. They do not make alot of their food in the restaurant but use some frozen foods and just steam it.
The only thing that saved the restaurant was the Manager Ravinder who was very understanding, kind, and honest, which I really appreciated. This restaurant is not doing justice to real Chinese food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When arriving to the venue for dinner on the 13th of May we were meant to have 17 guest but due to personal reasons some couldn’t make it.
We were trying to sit with our kids some babies were crying and one of your male staff was very rude about the kids and all the noise giving the kids angry looks and coming across rudely when I told him we may need a smaller table..
apart from the one rude waitress man we had the food was nice, but wasn’t very for our kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got some pork fried rice - YUMMY! can tell the cooks are good. food was flavorful and hot. they have the right kind of wok back in their kitchen. will definitely try some more of their dishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went there last Saturday night. She ordered a main and some dumplings for herself. She had 3 things to comment:
1. She wasn't served water until she requested it when the staff put the food on her table, while the rest of the tables had been served.
2. There was a piece of human hair in the main dish. She alerted the staff but the food wasn't replaced, nor was the bill discounted to compensate for that.
3. The food quality was very average, not worth the price. My wife is a qualified chef by profession.
We wouldn't go back to this place. Not recommended.
