Communication is poor, knowledge of staff is poor, customer service is poor . The staff are continually changing and don't appear to have clear roles . Pity because the sales department are great . Parts got lost, then were painted the wrong colour, it was suggested I put the replalcement on myself, and whilst all this was going on another lady customer was waiting for her vehicle to be brought out of the garage and this took 20 mins as no one seemed to think it was their job .
