I purchased my RAV4 from here last year and was happy with the service overall. I provided feedback on a couple of minor concerns, but overall they did a good job. Haven’t regretted my purchase and often go back for questions or when looking for accessories for my vehicle.

Have a car serviced here recently. Was impressed at first but afterwards not so much. Booked in a service and wof. I booked here as when mentioning the Prius needed a service they listed what was included and said " and since it's a Prius you get a battery health check. Several hours later get told it's passed and ready for collection. At this time they recommended swapping the wipers.if we wanted and the air filter. We did the airfilter but not the wipers because they were asking $65. I took me 2.hours.of calling back to approve the airfilter. A little while later I collected the car. After getting home and thoroughly looking through the invoice I noticed there is no mention of the battery check. The wof form also shows a fail. And then a recheck and pass. All without contacting me. This cause alot of confusion as from what it appears there was an official fail. And then a recheck and pass. All without changing anything in the vehicle. Apon speaking to thenm i get told that the wof inspector cleaned the blades then realised they would now pass. When I asked about the battery checked they said oh no we can't do that. We just check the 12v battery. When asked why they would mention it in conjunction with Prius if it's just the normal battery every car has there checking he said he wasn't sure and that if we want that done we need to go to a specialised hybrid dealer. In general just a lack of communication and a requirement to come back to even understand what was done to the car. In the end we paid over $400 and got a similar experience to the $100 wof and service dodgies.

Awesome customer dealing by Pramod. I called & book my company vehicle service with Pramodnon the phone. When I went there was dealt by him. He ensured all my details are up to date. Updated new owner contact details in his database. I missed a call from one of them when I called back was luckily greeted by him again who confirmed my vehicle is ready to be picked up. Not to forget he also offered free wash & vacuum. All in all a great person to have in customer facing environment. Thanks Pramod

I have previously had absolutely no dealings with this dealership, but rocked up there with a problem with a wing mirror. It was fixed immediately AT NO CHARGE!!!! This blew me away - it's 2022 - you get charged for everything! Very pleasant young man undertook the repair. I'll be back for my service later in the year. Thank you

Just got our car back from a "service" at Auckland City Toyota and the state of it was a disgrace. The whole rear interior was in bits. Just shocking. Some items had been damaged by the service personnel and then they wanted to charge us to repair it. Absolutely shocking how bad this was... for a basic service that turned into a 2 day nightmare.
