Kim was great to deal with, he took extra photos and a video of the car to show me any issues and was very quick to respond to all of my emails. Very pleased with the car and Kim's professionalism. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a car from Icinen Autos one month ago and delighted with their service. Kim is the one we were communicating with. He is polite and happy to help. We traded in our old car to purchase a compact 7-seater Nissan Lefesta. Very smooth trade-in process and the Lefesta is very clean and fit our need. The price is also lower than that of other dealers for the same model and similar mileage.
Although we've pre-purchase inspection for the car, the engine couldn't start in a week. Kim was very helpful and contacted me immediately promising to change the battery for us if we could drive the car back to Ichinen Autos (We used jump-start to start the engine again). They replaced the battery right away after finding out the problem.
We highly recommend Ichinen Autos and decided to be back next year for the service and WOF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m impressed that most of the cars are very tidy and in a very good condition. Kim is patient and replied my questions quickly. Not only the customer service is good, after sale service is excellent as well. Even if we have questions after purchase, he is happy to help.
It would be great if there are more choices of small cars with high spec( e.g. blind spot monitoring) going forward.

That’s such an excellent service and the cars there are very good looking and in great condition but not costly at all. Highly recommended if you are looking for a car imported from Japan.

All questions were answered (one via text the next day) and the test drive process was a breeze. The car was in mint condition, very clean, and the best price on the market for what we were looking for. Our mechanics serviced the car recently and remarked on how good condition everything was. Would highly recommend going here if you're looking for a 'new' vehicle.
