They're also very prompt to respond to our emails and texts and will find a way to make things work for us. It has been a real pleasure being their tenants. β β β β β Rentlinkβs Property Management Team has been there for our family since 2017. Moving from Singapore, Rosemary has been very helpful and instrumental in securing a home for us. Moving in itself is stressful and difficult. Team Rentlink understands that and they always put their tenantsβ (and landlordsβ) best interest and needs first. Rosemary and team are reliable and always are very prompt in addressing any concern we had. They always are ready to help and quick to resolve any problem that arises. They have been our whΔnau and we still keep in touch and they just recently helped us in securing a rental home in Christchurch. They go above and beyond! I can go on. I would recommend Rentlink to anyone looking for a quality property manager. Rosemary, Holly and the team have already exceeded our expectations with the transition from another property manager. They were able to communicate with all parties, do an initial inspection advise us on up coming maintenance and get us set up and ready to go within a month after receiving basically nothing directly from our previous manager. Everything we have asked for so far has been provided and we have a much greater peice of mind that our investment is in good hands. Thanks!

β β β β β I have nothing but good things to say about Rentlink. We have been landlords for many years and have had various different property managers over that time. Communication is often the issue we have had with previous companies - as in not letting us know about things, and not responding to queries. Also in the past we have had property management companies that have not paid attention to detail and done accurate inspections. Rentlink by far and away has been the best company we have had to date - they are attentive, responsive, accurate, professional and a joy to work with. Long may it continue!

We were fortunate to have chosen Rentlink to be the guardian of our rental property. It is not a decision to be made lightly, and it has been a relief to know that everything is managed superbly by Rosemary and Holly and the rest of the team. β β β β β I have used Rentlink Property Management since they began. I have always found Rosemary to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly to me, the landlord, and my tenants. As the business has expanded this attention to customer service has continued. I was very impressed recently by the personal service and attention that they showed to my tenant when a small problem arose with the non delivery of emails. Employing Rentlink to manage my properties continues to be the best money I ever spend. I highly recommend them.
