★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I have used A1auto4services. Gave them quite a job of trying to find an A/C leak in my 2012 Buick. Master Mechanic was tenacious in finding the problem. Only the cost of pulling the dashboard out stop the process. I appreciated their willingness to find the actual problem, backed up by their findings as they stepped through the troubleshooting. Excellent communication and job was completed in far less time than I expected. I know that in the end, they spent more hours working on my car than what I paid for in their service. I will definitely use A1 Auto 4 Services for future service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt really uncomfortable going to this place, in the end I FINALLY given up. I knew in my heart that something wasn't right when they kept failing my car WOF. It's sad really, as the owner was nice, friendly and welcoming. I went somewhere else and my last car ( I ended up selling it) was passing like flying colors and had no problems ever since!!

Really impressed by the effort taken to chase down and rectify an issue caused by another workshop. Speaks very very well of the attitude, honesty and ethics of all who work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time going here after a family member recommended the place. Failed my wof because apparently my rear indicator visibility was bad even though they replaced both rear light assembly’s a year ago and they come with the smoked white part from factory.
Would stay away from this place and go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started using A1auto4services a few years ago after being very unhappy with my mechanic who had misdiagnosed my car. When I went to A1auto4services they were able to diagnose and fix my problem the first time. They also had a great warranty on their work. Since that first visit I don’t trust anyone else with my cars-they do my repairs, maintenance, oil services, and tires. The shop is the cleanest auto repair facility I have ever been to and they have a great waiting room! They offer so many great services like giving me a ride to work and drinks/snacks if I wait. They have even offered me a loaner car when I had an emergency and had to drive to Ashburton that day. My experience with the staff has also been outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they take the time to make sure I understand what my car needs and why; they have even taken me into the shop to show me how my tires were wobbly because of a bad part. Their pricing has been competitive when I have checked around, plus they have a great warranty. I’ve only had to use their warranty once, but they got my car in quickly and took care of the problem-no hassles at all. I will continue to use A1auto4services for all of my cars!
