β β β β β Nick was awesome help at repco today. I knew a light was out in my car but unsure what it was called or what bulb I needed. Nick happily came out to my car to check what I was needing. Then he put the new bulb back in. Took him no time at all. He also gave me other advice, which was going above and beyond for great customer service. Ill be back when my next bulb stops working! Thanks Nick!

β β β β β Ordered a part; wrong part came.
Then returned the wrong part and ordered the right one; left my phone number and was told that I would get a call as soon as the part arrived. After a week of not hearing anything I went and checked the shop where I was told that there was no order under my name. Then I was referred to someone else who told me that the part (headlight for Toyota Granvia) was not available at all.
All in all a very poor communication.

β β β β β The staff here are amazing ? Liam and Nick were both very helpful and the fix Nick for me to get the car back up and running was very impressive. The term above and beyond the call of duty comes to mind. Thanks heaps team and a special thank you to Nick for getting us on the road again. If I could give six stars I would!

β β β β β Lacked any kind of professionalism, spent 5mins in store and must have heard 30 swear words lots of f.... and c.... in 6 4 so hard to not know a customer was instore when I raised that issue at the counter all I got back was laughing and " it wasn't me" as I said at the time lucky I left my daughter in the car with my wife. Bad experience all round needs addressing with staff
