★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are too reliant on their computer telling them what your car part is, and if the car is classic, they're hamstrung by their own system. Repco need to extend their system database to include the English and American classic cars on the NZ roads - most parts are Lucas, AC-Delco, etc and interchangeable. Offers to "get them in" sound good but can be time wasted if they turn out to be a wrong fit when their system doesn't have the info to start with. Have bought the correct set of leads on-line, overseas.
