The carpark lines have been redone out front at some stage and have become mixed with the old ones so you can basically park however you like while still maintaining the false moral high ground of obeying the rules. A fantastic gimmic. The shop is just fine also.

A bit more expensive than supercheap and the stock levels at johnsonville are depressingly low

I bought a set of 2 way radios from repco one of the radios did not function I took the radio out of the box and showed her the issue. I took the radios back to exchange I had proof of purchase and then and thats where the process became difficult I was kept waiting for over 25 min while the lady serving me said the exchange/refund as it was an warranty issue I said how is it a warranty issue the are brand new and should be a straight swap she still stuck to her guns ot has to be approved by the supplier I said I didn't want a refund just a straight swap she said it didn't matter she still need to talk with the supplier, I replied its a straight swap I was sold a faulty product cant you just swap it she said no she still needed approval.she was on hold for ages to the supplier and said do you want to come back latter I said no as I had things to do and I was was with my two children who were getting bored and frustrated with the process, she eventually got through to the supplier and she arranged the shipping of the faulty product to be returned to them and explained the fault. I am pretty sure it is not the the normal process the faulty product that was sold to me by the store should have been exchanged then and there and she then could have arranged the product to be shipped back to the supplier in her time I cant understand why I was made to wait while she carried out all of this. I worked in retail before and all of this can be done without the customer and the exchange of the faulty product is covered by the consumers guaranteed act.
