Repco Masterton are fantastic . This not so little Grey haired old lady ( me) had no idea how to put a new battery in my remote key for my car. . I did not even have to ask the young lad to help me. He did it all . I was also gobsmacked by the price $8 all up. In other places l have been charged $27 . Obviously labour had been added to the cost of the battery. Thank you Repco Masterton . One very happy oldie

Also with the AP (brilliant) you can add your vehicle and shop for exactly what's the right item for your car no messing around trying to find the right part all that's no longer an issue absolutely BRILLIANT.

β β β β β A went in for two batteries and chain bar oil.i checked prices man that helped was lovely.i also seen spanners in $10 bargain bin I wanted.so I went round corner to Supercheap and got the batteries $102 cheap each and oil $15 cheaper so brought them.went back to Repco for my $10 bargain.they refused to let me have it as it should not have been there.sadly there was 3 in there and I only wanted 1.the manager and staff member got upset with me for coming back and wanted my bargain.they even tried to make out it was my fault and did not even thank me for bringing it to the here attention.so I would never ever shop there again.rude manager that has no idea about customer care.

β β β β β I didn't catch his name properly, and although I never leave reviews for stores I go into - or call - the (I assume) older gentleman I spoke with over the phone at this branch was blunt, borderline-rude and quick to dismiss what I had to say. There was no kind greeting, no attempt to speak in a polite tone, from the couple of minutes I spoke with him I got the idea he didn't want anything to do with the call and couldn't be bothered with me.
I don't appreciate his manner, but he did provide results - which is the only reason this is more than one star.
