β β β β β Once again absolutely hated this store. I ended up driving all the way to the upper hutt store and will continue to do so from now on as I will never return here. Always seem to have issues here with terrible and rude customer service. Staff member claimed he could not find me on the system as a member even though other stores never have a problem. Checked on website for a product that was reccomended for my car, staff member claimed it wasn't and tried to sell me something far more expensive. Ended up purchasing the product from the upper hutt store and what do u know works perfectly for my car at a fraction of the price. Get better staff. Same guy, same problem everytime.
