★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went to purchase a replacement battery for our vehicle she asked if they installed and kept the old battery. To which the staff member replied that they didn't install but did recycle and to return with the battery later. I changed the battery at home and upon returning I queried at the service desk where I should place the swapped battery. There I was greeted with a service desk member with the disposition of Mad Eye Moody from Harry Potter. He in fact bluntly stated "why" in regards to my request, to which I responded "for recycling". Another staff member named Phil came forward and was actually helpful and came to our car to collect the battery. I discussed what had happened with my wife and she also had a similar experience with Phil coming to the rescue of poor customer service.
Good on you Phil, not so great for Mad eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pricey to the common customer but good discounts for anyone that's "important " or has a trade account. Service was ok although Noone seemed to know what the other person had done with products/engine parts.. that I had called and arranged to pickup. Not just once.. but everytime I called. Spending good money everytime. So yes staff needs training and prices could be adjusted for the "common customer" . But in saying that.. there is a couple of staff that are excellent.. I won't mention their names but both of those woman seem to keep things going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were about to spend money in this store but will never shop in any repco again. Being told rudely I was not to come in the store without a mask is extremely upsetting. I understand if its your blanket policy to discriminate against disabled people with mask exemptions but being rude does not need to be a part of your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a replacement oil filter. Was in a rush and hadn't looked up the equivalent. Staff took a long time to find a suitable option and I left without checking it in on my phone. Found it was not a compatible option when I got home (was staying 30 minutes out of town and leaving the next day). Drove all the way back in just to get the correct filter. Not even an apology from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here a few weeks ago because there was something wrong with my back windscreen wiper. The girl working there was very helpful. She came out and had a look at the car and knew immediately what the problem was. She took off the old windscreen wiper and put on the new one that I needed. The whole experience was so quick and easy. Thank you so much!
