★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were dismissive and didn't care, I asked where a certain product was and they just pointed and said down there if we have any. The product was fine and at a fair price and that is the only reason they didn't get a 1 * I won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a click and collect late one afternoon (hopefully)for pickup the next morning. Got confirmation that my item (battery) was ready to collect early the next morning. When I got there they were busy, the young lady that was busy serving someone else obeyed one of my golden rules of good service, she acknowledged me and said she would be with me shortly. After dealing with my order in a friendly and efficient manner she thanked me for my patience. Top marks to her, I only regret not being able to name her here to acknowledge her personally.
