★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate gym. It's way to boring and the "I really should do it" doesn't motivate me.
This, EMS is a very different experience. Easy to enjoy and great that there is someone there with you doing it. 20 minutes is a great period to get results without getting bored halway into the session. Give it a go!

Amanda is awesome - attentive and motivational, giving precise clear instructions and super friendly and helpful - pushed a pram for a baby to sleep while I was exercising - what a great team effort for best results. Can’t wait to get back for the next session!
