★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your understanding is incorrect. The third party advised Ricoh that Ricoh could complete the set up in April 2019 but Ricoh never actioned this request, and has since apologised for not doing this. We are now still waiting on the installation

This company simply cares about how they can ruin your life and bring you on the road. Very inhumane company, that lacks empathy for others and will do anything to keep you locked and binded.
