β β β β β Disgraceful human being Victor is , i purchased 2 deep fryers of him which i inspected with another person and saw no faults .... victor talked me into paying up front and signing a commercial contract ...upon delivery only one of my fryers arrived .... he held the 2nd one for nearly a week saying he was making sure it was perfect upon arrival the fryer leg was broken and had been taped up making this fryer wobbly and unsafe i called Victor advising him of this and he said no its fine just a little damage to the cover then hang up on me , i called again and victor said that the driver said i damaged the leg upon arrival and am making up things...when we both agreed it was damaged prior to arriving at my shop i then asked him how he could do this to a 22yo young person just starting out in business he said not to call back or he will call the police and then hung up on me. people like this make the world a bad place thanks Victor .

β β β β β This is the worst experience I had since I am into business. Do not buy anything from Victor Prasad . We bought an oven, 2 deep fryers, 1 cold cabinet, a pie warmer. Absolutely all of them have big problems, 2 of them can't be used at all. I called Victor Prasad to ask him to change them and his answer was that he will send me a letter from his lawyer. By the way, I had to call from a different number as he wouldn't answer anymore. Now I have to pay my lawyers but he will not get away with this, this is as dodgy as one could experience.
