β β β β β My partner ordered valentines flower delivery to my work place but didn't arrived on that day. We contacted but no good response, not good enough business, the rose is poor condition...just disappointed. We don't go back again & we don't recommend people to use this florist.

β β β β β We were ripped off. Asked for $50 bouquet via the phone - flowers for a traumatic event from overseas and got charged $65 twice. Reported to my bank. I was in Christchurch last week and sadly didn't call in to pass on my disappointment. Maybe next time if they are still in business.

β β β β β Appalling service. My daughter ordered some flowers to be delivered to me at work as a special valentines day surprise. They didn't arrive.
I called Riccarton Florists, they couldn't find the order then said they may have been delivered to the wrong person.
Riccarton Florists said they would send some belated flowers today before 3pm when I leave work for the weekend.
Nearly 1pm now and still waiting.
Given that Valentines day was yesterday and that was the whole point, would be fair enough to think that they would be a priority delivery today.

β β β β β Do not ever use this florist. I had received flowers from overseas, I know they paid NZD100.00 for a pathetic bunch of flowers that would have cost at the most 45.00 so 55.00 for delivery is very very expensive. Then the flowers were dead within 3 days of delivery, appaulling, as received another bunch from different florist and they are still looking fab, 11 days after delivery. Riccarton/ Flowers in the City you do not deserve to be in business. Have had no replies to my complaint emails........

β β β β β My partner ordered me some Motherβs Day flowers to arrive on Motherβs Day Sunday the 10th May! They never arrived, he emailed and contacted them via Facebook with no response. Finally he received a message back saying they had been send and delivered. Clearly they werenβt and they argued with us about it. I decided to message them myself And finally got a reply saying they had sent them and continued to argue. We asked for a refund with no reply. 4 days after Motherβs Day I had the flowers arrive and attached was a note stating they were sorry but they had sent and delivered my flowers on Motherβs Day. So so rude basically calling me a liar. THEY WERNT DELIVERED!!! And no refund.
So if you want your flowers delivered and good customer service go elsewhere!!!

β β β β β I would not recommend this florist. Flowers did not arrive on Mothers Day as ordered. Very poor customer service. Had to make contact several times, they gave conflicting information and were reluctant to apologize or accept responsibility. Their phone manner was chaotic and did not appear have a grasp on their own processes and systems, or how to deal with paying customers. Very disappointing.

β β β β β Staff are lovely but I was very dissapointed with my wedding bouquet- I asked for eucalyptus and red roses - there were only four red roses and 1 sprig of eucalyptus. I was not impressed and some of the vine and bits looked half dead. I was very dissapointed and it was very expensive
Thanks for your response but I didn't see the bouquet till later in the evening as I was busy sorting venue decorations and so on. There was no time to get it fixed or changed and to be honest I didn't need the stress.

β β β β β For a first time customer, it wasnβt a very pleasant experience, this floristβs address on google is not up to date and so I was given the run around because I had to take extra travel from what otherwise should have been a quick errand. I had gone toSydenham only to find out they are in Barrington. Then when I had finally gone their and explained what had happened, the lady didnβt even apologise for the inconvenience it had caused. Iβm quite reluctant to ever go back there again ??
