★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of office politics, monopoly of groups and poor management who doesn’t care about underpaid staff and career development. Staff or management appear friendly on your face but they aren’t really friendly when comes to help or sharing knowledge or listening to your issues. They will put you in front of customers for irrelevant skills which you never claim to have, if you can’t deliver they will portray you fraud. Why would Management’s consider placing staff for such jobs at first place ?? It’s called pathetic management NOT employee fault. Totally bad experience working with this company and wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding the building was confusing as the signs are barely visible as they are placed literally on the ground at the door not on the top of the building or anything. The people who works there seems very very cool and nice even though my job application was rejected 10 minutes BEFORE the interview (like literally when i was looking for the building)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels odd to review a large corporation's location, but this new building is amazing inside. Unique support columns of binary 0s and 1s. Great workshops too for any business starting up new ventures or changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Datacom as a vendor, their technical people are okay, but managerial culture is killing the company in my opinion. Technical people that were working in my company had to do another job outside of full contract with my company. Their management works in silos and had no single point of contact that could help when their technical people were annoyed by their management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technical lady Wahija completely rude and entitled. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Has upset my team and I, fix your team datacom. I've never dealt with this kind of behaviour in my life and it was quite shocking to hear when it's coming from a high end tech company. Disgrace. Would give zero stars if I had the option.
