Hired a couple of E-bikes to do the Te Awa trail from Ngaruwahia to Hamilton and back.
Dan was waiting for us with 2 charged up almost new bikes. Dan gave us a quick lesson and a safety review and left us to it.
At Hamilton he put new batteries in the bikes for the return trip .
What was wonderfully amazing was how much help he gave an elderly member of our party who had her own bike with a flat battery. Dan tried to charge her bike then lent her a brand new demo bike to ride back to Ngaruwahia AND transported her bike back all without asking for any payment.
THEN Dan went even further and collected our exhausted member and delivered her back to Ngaruwahia with her bike. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful Dan was/is and I can't recommend him highly enough.
All I can say is that we will be hiring and buying any bikes we need from nobody but Dan.
I see from reading other reviews that our wonderful experience with Dan and his team seem to be norm at Riverriders in Hamilton.
