★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to find a carpark, you have to park in a shopping mall closed to barber shop. I’ve booked appointment at 3pm, there was one customer before me, I totally understand. BUT the barber didn’t hurry up while chatting with customer, which waste 40min of mine. The point of booking appointment is not to waste time. I reckon your barber should take a lesson of time management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the hair dresser for a my hair to run along my eye brows but he cut it to two inches above my eye brows without gradients making my hair look like a detachable helmet.
Be warned: It was the absolutely WORST choice to get a hair cut here and I'll never be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partner booked an appointment and drove in only to be told they were too busy. A simple text or call telling her that would have saved her an hour spent driving and finding parking. What’s the point of the booking system if you can’t even do that?
