★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ralf and his lovely wife Mel and their charming girl Monica (5) were very friendly and accomodating.
My family and I enjoyed our 3 day stay..Kaitangata is a very quiet and laid back kind of place; out of the way but 20 minutes from Balclutha..Milton..Momona airport..
The mightt Clutha River runs through the town; picturesque and peaceful.Great for rejuvinating the body!
Ralf makes delicious pizzas, and Stromboli to live for!He is a qualified Chef after all.
Accomodation is clean and comfortable.
I recommend this place to anyone seeking a rural retreat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long trip from Top of the South Island it was real nice to arrive at Kaitangata Riverside Motorcamp. Real old school hospitality.!! Ralph and Mel, the down to earth friendliest people. BUT..the best part was the Pizza I had there. Freshly made..packed with all the goodies on top. I am not a Pizza lover...but this was just GOOD.!! Thank you for a magic time in the Motor Camp...I will sure stay there every time I come down your way. Small village experience at it's best.!!! Good old school values ! Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son got sick as there cabin does not have window in them for air flow he's now on asthma inhaler be because of no sir flow .
I got abused by a permanent lady staying there smokn p and drunk at my cabin asking for money of me for the owners witch she should know nothing about the threned me infron of my 16 month old son
I then had to shift out as it was not safe for me or my son
They only gave me 200 of my 440 week in advance I week bond I got abused Thursday the day I paid my 220 rent then shifted out Saturday I only received 200 back ...
I'm a solo mum and didn't even get an apology
