★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a shame. I usually come to review places on here for good reason but this time I’m not. My mum (who I’ve not seen in five years) was talking to me on a video call while I was waiting to order and was rudely told, not politely asked, to turn it down or leave because the feedback from my phone was too loud. I couldn’t even hear my own mum speak because the baristas were banging stuff around, there was music playing, people talking throughout the entire cafe, and car horns tooting at the protestors directly across the road. I was singled out as being ‘too loud’ without a ‘please’ or apology. It didn’t help that it took unnecessarily long to be served and to receive our coffee. Appalling service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit disappointed in the wait time, which we weren't informed about when ordering but waitress was very friendly and helpful. Not the nicest lunch meal we've had either, but will go again.

Food was fresh and so was the coffee!
Nice place. Good friendly staff. A good coffee stop in Katikati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee but waited so long with 2 other people in Cafe. Another customer who ordered after me given preference. My vaccine pass scanned but not the lady behind me - not sure why. No communication from staff member as to the long wait. She also chatted with people outside while I was still waiting!
