New open just a month ago and I pretty enjoy going there and have a chat with coffee or dessert. Love vibe going around there and coffee and dessert is great.

The manager of the botany library branch is completely rude to one of their staff members, absolutely disgusting. Poor girl looked like she was running the whole place while the rest all stood there. If I could could give 0 stars I would honestly give it to them.

This is my favourite coffee shop... I love the funky industrial decor, divine coffee and yummy treats. The vibe is relaxed and invites you to stay awhile, with. You are right amongst the shops here, and this is the perfect mid-shop stop to refresh. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. It is my happy place! There is a secluded spot in the corner and plug points if you want to pull out your laptop, or a counter where you can sit and people watch.

Mother’s Day Brunch ruined. Coffee was sub par, food took ages — waited an hour for fries, waffles and a breakfast stack that was quite expensive for its size. Trying to support local businesses but very hard to when the service is like this.

Another good Cafe in Botany Town Centre. Nice cakes & savouries including mini muffins. Will visit the Cafe again.

Went for breakfast. Ordered 2 meals in mid-$20 range. Meals were small and very basic. Wouldn’t expect to pay any more than late teens for what was served. One meal had a hair in it. We took it back to the counter and the waiter, quite nonchalant about the matter, took it back to the kitchen with a quick apology. He came back and said “by the way, that wasn’t one of our hairs.” Despite the hair being straight, black and short, which this very waiter had. Looked at his hair and pointed it out. I asked where he thinks it came from, he just shrugged. No sympathy. Quite defensive about it. It felt like he was accusing me. Such a strange and upsetting experience. Won’t go back.
