★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Excellent choice of toys for our 11 month old and 3 year old - nothing that would be a hazard for our youngest, but still plenty to keep our oldest engaged. The whole service was a breeze, with our car seats already installed in our rental car when we arrived at the airport. Lovely people to deal with, too. A wonderful service that made our holiday with kids so much simpler and more enjoyable! Thanks for everything, Rockababy Rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you traveling with a baby any logistics saving service is worth it. We rented a snowsuit and backpack carrier for our 14 month old on our trip and not having to think/pack these big bulky items (when already traveling with alot of stuff) really worth every penny. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and quality products. We will be using them again when we next in Queenstown! I can't recommend Abby and Rockababy enough.

We recently rented a car seat and a cot for a family trip to Queenstown - Abby dealt with both the car rental company and the property manager on our behalf to ensure both were ready for our arrival. Our little one normally battles sleep in new places when she is in a portacot but we had no issues thanks to the wooden cot that Abby can provide - this was an absolute game changer for us! The merino sleeping bag was an added bonus too.
The whole process, from initial quotation/ booking, to having things set up on arrival and then collection when we left was seamless and hassle free. Abby was so friendly and helpful to deal with - and we will be recommending to any friends heading to Queenstown with kids in tow.

All items were clean and in good condition, and the service was impeccable and so accommodating to our schedule! Thanks again!
