★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place to shop when in NZ. Prices so Low it’s unbelievable. Opening hours so long it puts the other shops to shame. They deserve to do well. Needless to say, I loaded up in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worrst customer service ever. Have 2 ladies at the front desk no smile no personalities must hate their jobs. Seen one for 20 years lost weight but never gained a smile and other one started few years ago and lerned not to smile too. Feel like I walked in to a morgue .. do they know what sales is all about?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced fantastic customer service today particularly from Brylee (hope I'm spelling her name right). I was looking for a very specific Lego product and Brylee helped me to locate it. Professional service with a smile and I am very satisfied with my purchases. Also, the free wifi in store is great for people like me who can't afford data (or would rather spend it on Lego). Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having to reduce hours because shortage of staff is ok, but not having the courtesy of updating your hours online and on your automatic phone line is plain disrespectful to your customers…
I checked your website and called, both saying open till 8pm. Drove 60k only to find out the store is closed. Bitter feeling to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested a price match in the online, was clear Kmart has it cheaper, and they refused saying Kmart were out of stock even though all of the stores in the region were showing as in stock. Absolutely rubbish service. They are the worst for honouring their price guarantee and should just get rid of it if they don't wont to uphold it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Warehouse, where everyone gets a bargain, and they still stand by that. Best prices, large selection. May not be the best quality shoes or clothes but everyday items like creams etc are cheaper than even Pak N Save. Good for New Zealanders and tourists. Plenty of parking and trolleys.
