★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Rodd & Gun Store inside the Dressmart Outlet Shopping Centre, Onehunga, Auckland. Different types men’s clothing are available here. The quality of the products are really good. I always like the polos from here. Also the sweaters are very good. Being the outlet store you get special prices most of the times. Staffs are helpful and suggestive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were on holiday recently and have bought clothes in this shop before. He has been very happy with past purchases so we returned hoping to find an outfit for a wedding. We weren’t disappointed. We met a fantastic guy called T( spelled wrong) he was so helpful in putting an outfit together. We already found a jacket and shirt in the shop. But he gave great advice and suggested that we try and find the right colour pants first. So we did that and he helped find the right shade of jacket and shirt. We couldn’t find the right shoes, but he did help is with that too and even pointed us in the right direction. T you are fantastic and we really appreciate you going the extra mile for us. You have a great work ethic and great style! Will definitely come back and we definitely recommend this shop for quality men’s clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member and spends a lot with this brand since 2013, . visited 28/7/21 (around 1:00-3:00pm I cant remember well) while picking and choosing the polos. The staff was bossy (biggest lady staff on her high horse on that day 28/7/21) ordering me to try the clothes on with loud voice like I'm one of her staff. she maybe thinking that I don't have budget and just browsing. her mistake that she though that I was a total passive person and I louden my voice back as I got triggered with her repeated unpleasant demeanor. Good on her that she stepped back on her counter. I folded the clothes back and left even though I really like the polo shirts, I cant buy from them with that customer experience. they judge people by its cover. maybe they'll treat you like a king if you walk in with flashy jewelries. I will just go Newmarket branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head staff - extremely poor. I bought 3 polos yesterday. I liked the selection range and prices. But, must say staff service was cringing . The head staff was constantly giving me orders on not to touch or unfold the shirts which I liked, but instead asked me to go to the rack and select from the hung ones. The shopping experience got wasted. If I had to redo he process of selection from the hung ones, they why do they have folded dressed on display. Mind you, I was not even unfolding and seeing the cloths. I was just taking the ones I liked from the folded section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality of products. However the lady at the store was very rude and very disrespectful.We liked a few tshirts and wanted to purchase it. Just because of her terrible customer service we had to walk out of the store. Later, We purchased the clothes online that we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to dressmart today and walked by Rodd and Gunn and was attracted to the polos folded right by the entrance. Mum and I went and picked up a polo to have a look at it and praised that the quality was very good. Folded the one I picked up cause the size was way too big and was planning on buying some for Dad. However, the lady shop assistant pretty much bumped me away to fold the shirts when we hadn't even finished browsing. Was a ridiculous shopping experience and we all left baffled and in disbelief at what just happened. Even when we wanted to buy something, that experience with the assistant was very distasteful.
