★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside DressSmart, this Converse seems to be an outlet store with old and some unusual models being sold. At the time of review there was a buy one get 50%off second promotion being held, so I brought my friend here and got some casual footwear. It's okay, the staff are knowledgeable of their products and are very friendly. It seems to get busy during lunchtime. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I went into this store during the week. Our intention was for my firned to get 1 pair of shoes but we ended up walking out with 2 pairs each. The staff were so friendly and one of them went above and beyond helping us find shoes in our size from the sale side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into Converse Dressmart Store and was served by the Gorgeous, Mayflower ???. Her customer service was undeniably awesome and her pleasant manner so polite and courteous!!! The Manager needs to give her a "RAISE $$$ 100%" ????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ guess what, i had finally found that sandy colour i like at the converse in the "outlet" dress smart, onehunga, saw the price, and the tag was clearly showing a price of $160, being reduced to $130, and you think, Ye that's great i have found the colour i was looking for and the price is being reduced, what a great time to be alive.. and you leave the shop with that outlet feeling where you just got yourself a "good" pair of shoes for a reduced price.
few days after i enter in one of the normal converse shop in the city and guess what, the same shoes, same colour with a retail price of $130 !!! da faq?!? is somebody taking the piss?
the onehunga price wasn't reduced at all but just pumped at the first time to just looked discounted. totally misleading and a very bad advertisment for a brand of that entity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't go into the store with the intention to purchase new shoes but the attentiveness (without being pushy) and nature of the Onehunga team was exemplary. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I couldn't believe how happy and welcoming everyone was. You can feel how happy the team is to be at work - what a great culture. The new shoes were an extra bonus!
