★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoutout to Janaye and Jay. Janaye was very helpful in helping me find a shirt for my son. She knew what she was talking about and also helped us find a tailor. Jay is awesome, he made us laugh the entire time and helped my husband find an outfit for an upcoming wedding. Thanks Dressmart team for the awesome service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my son walked in to Taro Cash Onehunga Dressmart with no idea what we wanted. We were almost immediately greeted by a friendly smile and the offer of assistance by a lovely lady by the name of Candy. We explained our situation and immediately she knew what we were looking for and took her time to educate us on the do's and don'ts of what's hip and current. She continued to choose an outfit for my son that totally transformed his look and that we were both happy with.
We left the store with one of the most satisfying shopping experiences I've ever had. Candy went above and beyond as an employee to ensure we left as happy customers. Her valuable insight and service in this industry is an asset to this company and store and we'd highly recommend her to any customer seeking a above and beyond shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a male, clothes shopping is not quite an enjoyable experience and I would usually run a mile if a shop attendant approached me to see if I needed any help. But my experience here was amazing, and that was mainly thanks to Janaye who was so down to earth, easy going, and someone who honestly cares about what she does. Her professionalism and nature actually made this an enjoyable and relaxed experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service. As I spent my 1 hour. As I picked up some items from discount. And while I paying money the manager said it is on different price. I was like okay and went to select other shirt from discounted items and I chose one and again she said that’s on different price. If it was on different price then why you put those items on discounted part. So the discount offers are just for attract the customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, especially that tall islander guy with curly hair. He's the most unaccomodating customer representative I have met in my life. He's just standing there and looking at you like you gonna put something inside your pockets if he's not looking. What a weird guy in his free flashy outfit from Tarocash who just stands there looking at you like a weirdo. I was so uncomfortable and ain't shopping here anymore.
