The measuring guide provided was also very helpful and the blinds ordered are a perfect fit. They were also despatched during the week that was provided as estimated delivery date when I placed the order.

We found the web page easy to navigate and instructions on how to measure helpful. We received an email at each stage as our blinds went through the factory, and this also allowed us to be in for delivery.
Blind quality is excellent and they fit a treat, customer service has been a lesson in how to get it right and we felt included in the process. we will most certainly be back in the future.

Phoned as I had questions which were readily answered, product arrived quickly, fits perfectly, looks great and does exactly what we intended - keeps hot sun out while letting filtered light and athrough without blocking out the view too much. And the price was half what we would have paid for a less-than-perfect solution off the shelf from our local hardware store. Would 100% use Rods and Blinds again.
