When we opened our first store in Christchurch in 1995, our dream was to create a true pet superstore that could offer the complete pet experience and help New Zealand be the best pet parents they can be.

β β β β β SO impressed with Animates service. For the first time - in decades of dog ownership - my dog reacted to a dry food purchased from Animates. They accepted the food back in store and provided a high level of interest and expertise in recommending a kibble which would address the issue. Wouldn't go anywhere else - great company, great service, fabulous people.
