THE DOCTORS ARE GOOD and VERY COMPETENT, let me start off by saying. The following rant is nothing to do with any of them - if that's what you're reading this review for, you've finished reading that they are 4.5/5 level of skilled. However, while the receptionist's polite and whatnot, in our experience, she has every time (through the years) been ignorant on information important to her role and the information they collect. Instead of finding out things immediately or providing even minimal customer service to patients, she waits until it's escalation point where you're ready to either leave or speak with someone higher. The doctors are good but because of these very irritating issue, 4 of us have either not registered when we tried to or moved our registration elsewhere. This is over a period of 3-4 years the most recent of which being less than a week ago, so, it's not a once-off or a mini issue. "We'll shred your personal information"... "Okay, then, do it, please" ... "Our shredder's not been working". "Can we have your passport or birth certificate?" ... *Goes home and brings it* ... "Oh, I've never come across an eVisa. No, we won't accept you emailing it to us or accessing it in front of us. We want you to go get a printed copy." What if the person brought a birth certificate, as asked? Not necessarily a NZ birth certificate since that wasn't specified... what, they'd be asked to go back and get their passport? Sure. Next? Uh oh, then what if they have an eVisa... back out and in because they won't do the bare minimum to make things easier for literally everyone involved, despite it not being the patients' fault the receptionist didn't know something. This is one example amongst 4-5.

If you have patience and do not have anywhere to be in say 2 hours time then only make an APPOINTMENT here. I put it in caps because even making an appointment you get seen 2 hours later. Understanding that it is the doctors and delays happen but when you do a walk in you get told make an appointment no walk ins and then when you do you dont get seen till 2 hours later. Useless

Updated: Visiting for a check up regarding my grandmother. And was not satisfied. Felt as though Dr. Geeta wasn’t listening to me properly and she did not follow up with my grandmother regarding the issues I was worried about. Paid for a 5 minute visit. Which I waited 30 minutes for. And then Recieved no follow up. And no contact regarding the matter, despite me giving my contact details to her. I hope this service can improve. *I called the practice again and arranged for a meeting with Dr Raj Mitra and he was an awesome Doctor. Very thorough and has great listening skills. Very grateful for his services. He made sure to answer any questions we had and made the whole process a breeze.

Decent doctor but possibly the most useless receptionist known to man. My wife and daughter spent 3 hours in the office total today for an appointment at 10am only to see the doctor at 1pm. She then came up with bogus costs only to be told she was wrong by the doctor. She needs to be fired ASAP!

Highly NOT recommended. Never ever the receptionist picks your call nor accepts the online appointments. Always says Doc not available. I feel the doctor (Geeta) comes only on Tuesday's which they can tell openly to the patients rather than keep taking appointments and cancel to closure time. Doctor never listens to what you want to say and and rushes to finish in 10 mins. Really disappointed.

Slowest service possible. Walk in for vaccines probably as good as a booking though. There is no booking system here really.

First I waited over 20 minutes for a vaccination appointment and then the nurse gave me the most painful jab (COVID-19) since tuberculosis shots! I didn’t feel a thing with the previous two.

Absolutely useless, been calling this practise over two days to book an appointment but to no avail. The online portal is useless too. This doesn’t foster a healthy relationship with patients & their clinicians as the receptionist never answers the phone. I know this for a fact as I had an appt with the doctor & the receptionist never answered the phone. How does this help us patients when we need help with our medical problems? Big or small? This gives an unpleasant vibe to potential patients. It’s not a good look. Either hire another receptionist to solely answer the phones or improve the online system. Either way 0 stars out of 5 as the receptionist is bloody ignorant and sticks to her computer like glue. Improve your services!!!!!!
