★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor communication once money is payed, they dishonored our agreement and refused to deliver our fully payed for spa as per our agreement instead they said we'll have to wait two weeks till they had finished with it for promotion purposes, a total refund was offered which we took and wouldn't deal with them again.

The product arrived and was well packaged, the quality was outstanding. We can recommend Rotoform without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I called the office to see where an order was that I made (I ended up ordering the wrong size), my call was answered by an amazing woman called Marianne who went above and beyond for me. I drove 2 hours to Auckland as I needed to see sizes of what I needed. The men working downstairs were absolutely amazing, efficient and pleasant to speak too. Marianne even carried what I needed to my car for me because I'm pregnant and hurt my knee. She was a beautiful human being and I recomend Rotaform to anyone who enjoys amazing service especially just after the covid 19 shut down. This lady deserves employee of the month for sure! 11/10 for customer service.

Different excuse for delivery every time and kept promising would be delivered next week. Led to significant supply chain issues - would have been better if we were told that they could not been supplied as Rotaform took our cash payment up front so we could not source elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking over 8 days to recieve a simple bucket (Still don't have it but it is finally with the courier). Said they'd notify me when it was sent and they never did. Money went out of my account the instant I ordered it, but they didn't even notice my payment on their end for 5 days. Don't waste your time.
