★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service and in fact I got none. Placed two orders through GrabOne and although there is a place for contact number I received no phone call at all!! They even said no we don't. So if that's your customer service you will not be receiving anymore business from me. This was a trial run and let us down. I will also be passing my experience with GrabOne.

They even have collection points in all areas and that means no extra cost to have your product shipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company prides itself with the customer service they provide. Had a problem with my online project with voucher from Grabone. They attended to my issue straight away and sort it for me. hassle free, super fast delivery just a comment with their binding as i received mine with hard cover bended a bit and some cutting issues, otherwise a fantastic product for it's price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the website glitched so I had to redo my entire book. Then they said they were sending out my order and they didnt I had to pick it up. I don't understand why they would email me that if it was not being sent. Then my book was stuffed up. Complete waste of time and money. I don't recommend this company at all.
Staff are also very rude and not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The printed photo books are okay, they used to be really good, but now they come back printed way darker then the original pictures I have taken.
The design website is also starting to be a nightmare and is soooo frustrating, if you want to add more pages to your photo book, it crashes every time you try to view all the pages, I have tried it on multiple electronic devices and it happens to them all. "Aww Snap, Reload the page" repeat repeat. I've done all the suggestions to try and fix, Reload the page, go to the book viewing to add more pages, and "Aww Snap, Reload the page". It has happened so often over the past few months that I am seriously considering changing companies. The design website is okay though if you don't add pages or preview before purchasing, and make sure you save your project as often as you can as it also crashes during the making of your project as well.
