Fabulous quality and the shipping was less than what my ex-favourite company was doing to charge just for delivering facemasks. I switched to Diamond after my usual place upped its shipping costs. I was going to have to pay over$150 just for the shipping. Diamond's website was user-friendly; the shipping was reasonable and the product quality is slick and professional. Will put in another order today.

I used all the photos which were taken by mobile phone, was worried about the quality of the outcome. I ordered online on Friday afternoon and received on Tuesday morning. So quick! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product is good, happy with how it turned out. The customer service needs a massive talking to. I sent two emails asking where my package was (delivery before Christmas). Didn't get it til early Feb. Two ignored emails for a completely understandable inquiry to a failed promise. I understand this is the courier's problem but at least follow them up and let me know it's a bit rude. You guys used to be alot better at this
