★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely quiet, upmarket, residential area of Rotorua. Rosemary was so welcoming and helpful that we immediately felt at home. Huge room, spotlessly clean, armchairs plus table and chairs ideal for relaxing or having a meal. Would definitely stay here again.

There is so much to do in and near Rotorua: many lakes, sulphur pools, walks and restaurants and to come home to such a fabulous place, sparkly clean and welcoming with a great breakfast. Highly recommended. Excellent hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a rocky start to a 4 night stay in Rotorua by ending up at an awful hotel, we had to quickly book somewhere for the remainder of our trip. What a blessing to discover this lovely B&B and at such a great price. The room we stayed in had been refurbished and was very clean and tidy. Great little breakfast included, which was a lovely way to start each morning and Trevor was a great host. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Rotorua. Thanks Trevor and Rose!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was an amazing place to stay. The room was huge with a lovely little patio area. Couldn't hear anyone else in the house except when they checked out (our room was close to the door). The gentleman who runs it was very friendly and helpful. Had the heatpump going just before we were due to arrive so it was warm and cozy when we got there. Only thing I didn't like was the shower head keep turning ? but the water pressure was fantastic and even had massage setting.
