Looksmart Alterations is always looking for extraordinary individuals to join the team. We currently have positions vacant for Tailors, Sewing Machinists, Shop Managers and Customer Service waiting for you. With our on-going training, you will extend your tailoring, management, dressmaking, fashion and customer service knowledge which inline, will help you advance in your career. In fact approximately 15% of our existing franchisees started as Looksmart staff working as tailors, shop managers and even customer service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behavior. The lady seems angry to me without any reason. I asked her how long it will take to alter my blazer, the lady answer me if you are in hurry we can't do it you have to find out other place. How funny. What an answer for such an easy question!! Also I didn't find that lady as very skilled, as I altered my suit from other place where they took the measurement in whole different way and did the job very well. Absolutely not recommending this place. They should learn how to serve customer and how to behave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the service to be unfriendly and unprofessional, I went in to see what could be done to fix my leather jacket and was told they would need to source a piece of leather which they couldn’t give me a time frame on, the lady then went on to quote the price for the repair in a condescending tone as if to insinuate I couldn’t afford it. Unhappy with the service I received I went to Mt Alterations instead, they offered (free of charge) to stabilise the area in need of repair so I could wear it to an event this weekend, I will then take it back the following Monday to complete the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heather Torr went ABOVE AND BEYOND when she served my son. He needed to get some suit pants altered. As it was a very last minute buy for a wedding the following day, sadly it was time to shut up shop.. however, she went above and beyond and decided to still alter the pants for my highly stressed son..
Without knowing the reasons as to how we got to this point of a last minute buy, she saw the urgency and sacrificed her time for us.
We are very grateful for this amazing service.
Thank u very much Heather. You made our experience less stressful and more one of excitement and appreciation. We highly recommend her!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marie from Bayfair looksmart is the absolute best. She is an incredible sewer, she took in a dress that was too big for me, not an easy job as had a bodice top with boning. It fit me so incredibly and looked so much better. She is so helpful with everything even when I just need to send dry cleaning. Thank you so much. Won’t go to anyone else!
