★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like Royal Doulton china then this store is well worth a visit. Been a outlet store you may not find the full range but the prices are very low. Have a member club with extra discount off pieces that are already heavily dicounted. Staff very friendly. Have bought a few dinner sets and very happy with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live on the other side of Auckland and made a trip especially to this store this afternoon. Not one member of the staff working, i think there were three ladies, lifted their heads to say Good afternoon or Hello, or am i able to help you, as they were far to busy unpacking and shifting product around the store. I was in the store for around 10 minutes and actually walked out.
On previous occasions i have always found your staff very pleasant. I will go back again and maybe next time someone will say 'Hi or Hello'. I went to the Sheridan Outlet across the road and what a bright sales lady they have working for them.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree sometimes customer service is better than other times. My issues are with the NZ dollar conversion. Something I'm interested in buying is A$30 on sale on the website, but NZ$35.00 If I pick it up at the NZ store. Doesn't seem right with the conversion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the negative reviews regarding the customer service, my experience was the enjoyable and quite the opposite. Not sure if they have changed staff since then...but when I went into the store, I was greeted by a lovely lady (Deidre, I think) and was asked if I required help. I found her pleasant to deal with. She was also helpful and while I was still deciding on what to purchase, she offered to take my teaset to the counter, which was lovely. I ended up purchasing quite a few Royal Albert sets. Was given the option to purchase a shopping bag, which was huge and worth the purchase. She also signed me up for the mail programme and I received perks straight away! I would definitely be back
