★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this brand and I met Calvin in person when I travel in US. He is originally from Eastern Europe Hungary. But I disappointed by the customer service in this shop. They need put smile on their faces. It's simple when deal with customers just smile and if you had toothache see the dentist because customers will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst security guy and so disrespectful. I asked him if I throw my coffee and come back in my que. he said yes and later didn’t allow me and use abusive language. This is totally unacceptable behaviour towards the paying customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must have visited this store a couple of times already and agree with the other reviews on google. The staff must learn customer service. It seems they don't value the customers dropping in to the store. I would rather go to Tommy Hilfiger next door as their customer service is great. I really think the shift manager needs some kind of training as he truly doesn't understand customer service. I genuinely did not know about the 30 day return policy. I could not go to the store to exchange my t-shirt as we had our first child but these people don't understand any human values. This store is bringing disgrace to the Calvin Klein brand.

Security guard is a complete rude maggot to any person waiting in line
Yeah you. If your boss reads this review to you, hope you lose your job cause you are the rudest security guard ever.
Honestly hope the security guard gets fired and never works for anyone ever again.
Need to improve these services,
Absolute waste of time lining up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a young gentlemen in the Calvin Klein apparel store, is of brown complexion, tall and has hair that has been dyed blonde. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name however he was super happy to help me find the right size I was looking for (Even after multiple requests for his help) and also didn’t mind that I left a bit of a mess in the process :) Super polite, and great customer service skills.
