★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful two bedroom apartment - clean, warm, comfortable and full of character. Note there are stairs (apartment is first floor) and not double glazed so slight road noise but this is a more than 100 year old building so lovely locale. Situated with a cafe below (open during days so no night noise) and in North East Valley so is away from CBD. Note also Baldwin Street (steepest street in the world) is a short walk away. Host (Martin) is wonderful - We recommend RGA for your stay in Dunedin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Quality apartment with History attached. On the outside and old Post Office. On the inside everything you need.
And only a few steps away from Baldwin Street. The steepest street in the World.
Tidy warm and very well maintained.
Would definitely stay here again.
