★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just 2 stars because you have to pay extra for a very tight parking at the hotel. Yes, it is in the small print on the booking site but it isn't shown clearly on the website and they don't ask you to pay that when you are doing the booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay overnight after friends recommendation and totally love it! The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is the best as it’s walkable towards the shopping area. Highly recommend to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really enjoyable stay here while my partner was in hospital. Rooms very clean.Lovely meals.Staff very friendly and accommodating. Stayed a total of 4 days.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gorgeous Mum stayed here during her treatment at Dunedin Hospital. Staff were super friendly, professional & so helpful. She said that the food was great & bed was comfortable. Super quiet. Mum loved the little gardens. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much Mr Pan & your awesome team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank the amazing staff. After learning of my wife's surgery they upgraded us to a more accessible room, which made her recovery so much easier. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brilliant, will be staying again. Breakfast delivered to our room, was yummy. Had a nice tea at the restaurant as well. Super comfy bed. Highly recommend. Have had to stay 2 extra nights due to circumstances. Have been very well looked after and even upgraded. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate us. Definitely the best we have stayed in.
