★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All amenities are there, unfortunately the AC didn't work and the WiFi didn't play it's part as a result of not being able to log on to the TV. It was good for normal use though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great, right in the Centre of Dunedin 5 mins from the Railway Station and Octogon. Rooms are well presented, clean and tidy. Parking on site with secure access. Check in was easy and quick. Quiet inside.
