★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebrated my sisters 21st birthday here. I had the pleasure of liaising with Kent who is the General Manager and from the start he was extremely helpful and very accomodating. We had originally planned for 70 attendees, however closer to the date we increased it to 90. Kent and the team at Royal Hype had no issues with that and were able to make it happen. We were able to bring in our own culture dishes to add to their buffet option. I would definitely recommend this venue for your next big event as the staff are very welcoming and will help make your special day memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy who runs bar and takes some orders is incredibly rude. False advertising. Supposed free pizza with jug of beer but the deal is invalid because there is a "function" going on because that's logical apparently. Rude staff. One nice lady in the entirety of staff. No wonder it was empty. Zoo keepers son next door is significantly better, food wise as well as staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertise a free pizza with a jug of beer. The staff are aware of this promotion and promote it. However, when it was time to pay they charged us in full for the pizza which was advertised as free. They did not honour the sign they put up, nor what their staff told us. Took an effort to get a partial refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was perfect for our last minute event,the manager was so cooperative, he had no hesitation other than help us make our plans work.I hope I got his name right (Kent) The venue,menu 100% ...No complaints at all...To be honest I didn't want to comment about our secret venue ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to come in here after seeing their free pizza with any jug deal and so happy I did. The menu is great different selections and variety. The space itself is comfortable and spacious. A good place to go for a relaxed dinner with family or friends. Can tell this place will be buzzing in no time & super local too!
