★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think royal roast needs to pick up its act . Potatoes break up and kumera can be missed , staff unable to understand customers . Which means customers Miss out on what they really want . If they provided a reliable product as good as their ability to grab your money they may get more than one star . On closing what about the quantity of fat on the meat , half the lamb was sliced fat .
Roast dinners can be as healthy as other meals , just cut the fat off and we all live longer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a medium-sized roast pork meal today, not to impressed as it was small size and definitely not worth the money I paid, also no real vegtables only a mix veg, corn and peas, plus the service was very poor, doesn't cost for a smile and a hellow thank you, won't be going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful, awful, awful. Cold pork + warm bread roll is just terrible. Pretty sure the chips had been nuked in the microwave as they were just dished out of a white plastic bowl on the side. $17 for a meal I didn’t even finish. Should have gone to Maccas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought a nice lamb shank roast meal was the perfect choice for a cold, wet day. I should have gone elsewhere! The 3 large dry roast potatoes were horrible, they taste like chalk! The half piece of kumera was virtually raw, I couldn’t cut it with my knife! The amount of meat on the shank was the most surprising of all. I was lucky to get 3 forks worth. And to top it off, most of the meal was cold. Without a doubt the worst meal I’ve eaten in a very long time!

Today we ordered 2 roast sandwiches. And u would think how can it go wrong? Each sandwich consisted of 2 bits of dried stale, unbuttered bread and the smallest amount of Cold roast chicken chopped , chopped again and pressed flat I'm thinking to go the distance. We had asked for gravy, mayo and salt n pepper.... only received a teaspoon of gravy on each, in the middle, no mayo and had to do the salt n pepper ourselves. This dry uncut distasteful object was given to us to consume while both staff members ran back out the back. No1 to complain too. We went back 10 minutes later and still No staff in sight to speak too. Hence this review. How very sad. Won't return for further disappointment.
