★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. My server looked completely bored, not particularly clean, and I could barely understand her. Poor polish application, lousy scrub/massage. And there were loads of flies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I won’t be returning due to the unprofessional, inexperienced, misleading services I received today. My nail bed was over filed to the point it felt like my nail tips were on fire. She didn’t remove all the sns before attempting to do my gel colour, nicked 3 of my fingers to the point of bleeding and didn’t even say anything. My daughter got gel polish. Had normal polish colour removal that wasn’t even removed properly nor was her gel colour applied properly. I wish my experience was different as I love supporting local businesses & have done fortnightly for 3 years with my last nail lady but she’s moving so I was trying to find a new regular place. But it definitely WONT BE HERE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service I've ever had. The lady doing my nails was really rude and made my first time getting a manicure a really terrible experience. She made my nails bleed and was rally rough with how she was handling the manicure.. I was speechless. She was non apologetic and really quiet when doing my nails. Would not recommend for anyone, especially if your not familiar with getting your nails done.
