★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The short Indian lady is the worst therapist ever. She's not even a therapist. I got my brows threaded by her and she accidentally threaded off part of my actual brow and did not even own up to her mistake and apologize but instead made some bull saying.. "oh u have no hair growing in this part of ur brow". She seems to be working there full-time. The worst service. No smile. No threading skills. No way. Thank you, next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Religiously visit these girls every 2 weeks, im very fussy when it comes to who touches my eyebrows and always wait for my main girl, she is the most professional fast and reliable tech I've meet.
I started using lavi services 2 years ago and will always recommend to others asking were I get my brows done from ..
Ladies - men - if you want top notch eyebrow threading and waxing this is the place for you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Brazilian here. She constantly complained. Then said “can I just leave this hair” and I look down and there’s big patches? I said no… can you please get it all she looked a bit put out and then got them out. Got home still LONG stray hairs. I plucked them out myself but maaaate. You guys need more training on how to wax. Brazilian also usually includes right the way back waxed also which you didn’t do. Won’t come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PICTURES INCLUDED: Do I need to say more? So embarrassed. I have been here a handful of times even though they don’t get it right everytime but I’ve been in here explained what I wanted and some of the ladies have got it right BUT this afternoon was terrible! Just look at my brows. I explained to the lady that I don’t like it rounded or blocked in the front as normal brows just don’t look like that. I also asked her to wax not thread. First thing she did was thread. I didn’t stop her because I thought she would wax after. It didn’t stop at that. When she walked out of the room to let the tint settle I got up straight away before it set and looked at my brows. She cut more off one brow and completely stuffed it up. I then told her what the problem was and she blamed it on my eye brows. We all have one eye brow that looks better then the other one but REALLY!! I then asked her could she please get someone else to come look at the brows because I could see she wasn’t seeing what I could see even though it was in plain sight what she had done wrong. She then walked back into the room and said that her co worker was having lunch. I then said to her what’s more important a unhappy, stressed customer or that ladies lunch. She then walked back to ask her again and came back and said her co worker is pregnant and needed lunch could I wait 15 mins mean while she was literally in the room right next to us. She couldn’t even just come in to look at my eyebrows. I seen the lady that was “pregnant” and she wasn’t heavy pregnant. I’m a mother myself so that was a poor excuse. She then said I didn’t have to pay the $18 and I could just go. The fact that she didn’t fix my brows and just let me walk out like that NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD NOT GO BACK AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS ONE PERSON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had my eyebrows done at many beauty clinics / brow boutiques (some of which are quite expensive) but NOBODY can compare to Lavi!! I specifically ask for Lavi as she does an AMAZING job on both tinting and shaping my brows
