β β β β β Not very professional at all, my wife went in to ask about laser treatment on her face and the lady at reception asked me to wait for Juliet who is in charge of laser.
After waiting 5 minutes Juliet arrived and the lady at reception informed her of her question about laser treatment, too my wife's amazement Juliet who was standing at a distance from her at reception blurted out her answer to my question saying " I was too dark to have laser" this was heard by other clients waiting.
My wife felt absolutely humiliated and disgusted by the comment which could have been made by approaching her and explaining without other clients having to hear that comment.
Very disappointing.

β β β β β Recently had my first botox experience at Caci NorthWest and it was so easy, quick and hassle free. The nurse Maddy is lovely and friendly and everything was explained clearly. Will definitely be back in future.

Have had a mixture of laser hair removal facials and photo rejuvenation by Lora, all in which have left me with great results.

β β β β β I signed on with Caci Northwest a few months ago and at first I was a little apprehensive as I had a bad experience with a peel and have pigmentation issues so they recommended I do facials and try micro needling. My skin is starting to look so good the pigmentation has faded already and I love the products they definitely do what there supposed to. Also the staff there are fabulous so warm and welcoming and especially loved my last visit as I had been very stressed out and the lady who is from Chile gave me the best facial massage it was like she took all my stress away. Highly recommend the Northwest branch ????

Gave me an in-depth run down of ingredients, Iβve never had such a comprehensive consultation. I highly recommend you see Lora! Thank you.
