★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourite SA shop! The biltong and dry wors are outstanding, they always have All Gold in stock and the peppermint crisp tart is a little slice of home. My family also loved the Koeksisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw another review on here stating the customer service and demeanour of the Lady staff. Following on, it has been a common occurrence witnessed not only by me but others I am close to. The lack of friendly customer service from her towards us does bring up the question of racial bias and ageism that we have all agreed on as an ongoing pattern. Given the nature of customer service, whether or not one is treating customers equally will likely be invisible to casual observation due to the nuanced and intangible nature of it. We, however, have seen and experienced differences. Best service is subject to interpretation, but EQUAL consistent service to a DIVERSE range of customers is less marginalizing. From a place of love, please do better. Bless.

Normally buy my goods from one of 3 SA shops on the shore, but all of them have high fatty content in their droewors which is off putting.
This is the best I've come across and will happily travel for it! Great customer service experience too.
